A MAD Light Bulb

Back in 2004, The Economist partnered with BBDO to install a billboard with a working light bulb in it. When people walked under the billboard, the light would turn on. This year, MAD magazine partnered with Serviceplan Gruppe and coined the same billboard, but this time when someone walked by the billboard the light would turn off.
