I wanted to share the most recent viral hit from T Mobile. The brand has pulled out some great stunts in the past. This one, was unfortunately an angry customer gone awry and put T Mobile on the bad side of the viral video wave. The video was shot on a handset and made to look like reality tv. A man is captured on video after being refused a refund in a store. He goes crazy and smashes up the shop, including spraying the place with fire extinguishers. All while a large crowd watches.
The video received over a million views in just 24 hours! What do you think? Will this have a negative impact on T Mobile, or is this publicity?
