In India, Lee launched a paper shopping bag designed to demonstrate the jean company's affiliation with eco-friendly behavior. In November, the brand began using the "Never Wasted" shopping gag that can be reused in several other ways. The bags can be used for fun and are littered with games like snakes and ladders, dominoes and checkers; a Black Book, an organizer, a desk calendar, a credit card holder and many more. The idea is that none of the bags should end up in the trash. As soon as it was launched, word spread and interest grew. The brand extended the production of their 3000 bags to another 10,000.
