St. John Ambulance Cinema Stunt

The London based agency BBH staged a cinema stunt to promote emergency first aid education. On behalf of St. John Ambulance, the stunt at first appeared to be a commercial about the pleasures of popcorn. However, the spot turns emotional when a child in the film appeared to be choking to death on the snack. As the child's family tries to help her, the mother screams for help. At this point an audience member stands up and rushes to the stage and disappears behind the screen, and emerges in the film just in time to save the child.
